Hey, Ambrosia here!
What do ya'll have for string silencers?? I had those beaver hide silencers on my old bow and I was happy with them except for when it rained/snowed. When they get wet they clump up and you get sprayed in the face when you shoot. I'm thinking about going with something else, any suggestions??

Ambrosia,
Check out the string leeches from SIMS. I had them on my PSE and I liked them. Keep in mind the more stuff on your string the slower your fps is.

If I were you . I would'nt put any on your bow . You have the New Mustang it already has the string things built in and on top of that it is a Mathews .

With the new technology of the 21ist century bows, there is no need for string silencers. The mathews are supposed to be the quietest bows on the market.

I have the string leeches and love them!! They are more effective than your typical cat whiskers and dont slow you down much at all.
