By coughing into that thing through out the day, I can't help but see the thing as a nasty germ bank. Not only is sound trapped, but so is whatever else is coughed out. I don't need to keep putting the end of that think back into my mouth when I need to cough again. No thanks! At least a sleeve, glove or sneeze rag has a chance to air out before I use it again.
