I have been working hard with the pup. He now comes when called and sits well. He loves the water and trys to get into everything includeing his water bowl. He has had all his shots and is growing very fast. He is now 38 lbs. I am letting him get used to the kids and socializing him as much as I can. His hangup seems to be the leash. He fights it all the way. I feed him outdoors and while he eats I fire a training pistol at a distance. I am as close as 50 ft now and he just looks and chews his food like nothing is wrong. Next week a live pigeon will be used to get the chase going. He is coming along just fine and may even get to go hunting in the late season when he is alittle bigger. That is a maybe at this time.
My grandkids love him to death and play hard with him. He seems to like everyone.

Man thats a good look'n dog. Just remeber to have fun with him and don't get to discoraged with him if he doesn't take to training as fast as you want, ke him dictate the pase you go, and have fun with him.

What a good looking dog! He looks like a hunter to me.

hes going to be a big boy. Im glad to see everything is coming along good for you. My boy is leaving Sept 19 to finish up most his training. ill be going to see him 3 times a week to work with him and the trainer. He should be ready for duck season
