I think we have a pretty good team guys, Anybody got a thought on a name? I'll PM blue bird to make sure he knows to check in.

Bear track checking in! I don't know if it's foreshadowing or what, but my lucky number is 13!!! Once people start checking in I'm sure team names will be thrown around.

I'll be Bowhunting in primarilly Fulton, Knox, and Mercer counties. I also have a gun tag for Spoonriver State Forest and a Muzzle Loader tag for Jim Edgar State Fish and Wildlife.

I'll be hunting in north of Vicksburg, MS all season...I can kill 5 does and 3 bucks this season, and unlimited amounts of hogs (too bad they don't count)

i am here and this may be luck or bad luck but it think i have been on team 13 for the past two deer contest and one turkey contest, i will be hunting south ga , looks like we have a good team hopefully we will compete

im in HUNTING mid GA.

Hey folks let really make an effort to keep this team thread lively. I've been on teams where only one or two members eve post. I've even seen deer that never get posted for the team.

Make sure you have a paper and pen in your pack to put the date on and take plenty of pics.

I am really looking forward to this year.

Well sorry bout your luck but Team 12 got me!!!! Talked to JR on his lunch break and he wanted to let you know that he will be hunting beside me in Highland, Ross, Pike, and Brown counties in south central Ohio - oh and he said to get a really cool team name...like DeerSlayers or something. I agree with you jeepin, the 2007-2008 team I was on had a lot of active members and a lot of feedback/advise...it made the whole season more fun because you knew by monday evening 3-4 people would have stories and updates! And we ended up winning the contest

ya i kinda like the pic with the names.if you ask me nobody but us got to be on team 13 so i like lucky 13 ain't no reason to make a bad thing of it. lets show em we ain't scared. man iv ben out twice already just siting for a few hrs. in the morning its looking good so fare ive had a lot of deer come in.season doesn't start in till sep 12th but im done working just itching to get my bow out there with me ive got a small 8 coming in i seen him both times i went but hes not ready i had a few encounters with what im preedy shore is his dad last year hes a big!!! 10 thats the one we want but will see. dont meen to run on just trying to let every body know how it is in mid ga. i hope we make every body rember team 13 for a long time. good luck to all.

Any name is fine with me just gonna do what I do best and that's dust a big buck. Going to the woods with Carrie tomorrow to do some scouting and talk with the landowner. We will both be on tomorrow to check in and let you guys (and her team #12-The Brotherhood) know what we see. Wanna get our banner in our signature soon since she has hers already, gotta let them know 13 is the best.

I am never one for picking team names, but you are all a bunch of "Adrenaline Junkies" in my terms! Good luck to all this season. If I find a big buck in MO, I will start hunting on the 15th of Sept, but things don't look good so far. I will mainly be in IL hunting slob knocking bullwinkles!

Lucky 13 gets my vote. We put 200 pounds of ammonia nitrate on our 3 Tecomate Lablab plots this weekend, every single plant has been eaten to the ground! That amonia is gonna drive them crazy! I'm trying not to get ahead of myself and make predictions but if the trend at our camp continues, we are going to me covered up in deer! I can't wait for October 1st

P.S. Jeepin, are there still no deer in IL? Last time I was there I thought I saw one but it was a donkey....

It could have been migrating. We get them occasionally moving from Indiana to Wisconsin. I did hear there was one doe and two fawns in Cook County a week or so ago. The news raised quite a stir and was in all the papers

I think I am going scouting on some State Ground on Saturday.

We will be scouting this weekend and hanging a couple new stands - going out of town so will let you know what if anything we see!!

got some trail cams out now been getting a few pics nothing huge but some does and if they stick around should have some bucks come around. getting ready for another hot bow season in south GA.

ya the banner looks good thats cool we got a lucky charm! i sat in a new stand this week end jut to watch now i know why nobody's ben down there in two years dogs all over the place going to have to go knock on a few doors about that so no good sign this time its allright still got the maine stand

got a couple of nice bucks on the trail cams today season is only a few weeks away and it is looking pretty good
