the other night we were calling and ran accross one who just challenged barked at us and after i gave a challenge back he did the same thing. so i decided to do a coupel of distress calls but he just barked at us again. what do i do when all he does is challenge but doesnt get any closer. this is at night so what do iu do?

I think you got busted. Ive never had any luck with changin my calling tactic once something has worked to get the dog to come in. In fact it seems to work better if I cut back volume and sounds. I think its a curiosity thing at that point. Kind of a 'whered it go?'

well its actually has happened twice but it just blows my mind knowing I can them in at night but can't see them cause they are just out of our lights rangev. well I guess im gona have to start hunting them in the evening and mourning. thanks for your help.
