Does anyone on here shoot the Bear Archery Lightsout Bow? Thanks, Mike

Thanks for all the views. I guess evrone on here is either shooting the Truth bows or something else. It is shorter than th th Truth bows. that is the main reason i am looking at it. Thanks for looking, Mike

My dad has that bow and it is a very good bow. Fast, quiet, low hand shock, and is a good shootin bow. But the Truth 2 is alot better.

What's better about it? Thanks, Mike

For the money you can't beat that bow. Sure their maybe smoother faster bows around. My dad looked at that bow, but ened up buying an element on close out.

The Truth 2 is faster, quieter, smoother, less hand shock, It also has a winners choice string on it.

The Lights Out features a riser with less machining, powdercoated limb pockts, a tech twist string = generally speaking, less high end components as compared to the Truth 2.

That said...I had the chance to play with a Lights Out at a show I did in the Cabela's in PA...WHAT A COOL, FUN LITTLE BOW! It's been a LONG time since I shot a bow and it put a smile on my face - but the Lights Out did just that!

It is a GREAT little bow, and Bear sells a TON of them.

Myself....I'll most likely have a Lights Out Darkhorse (the black version) rigged up specifically for turkeys this spring. It will slip right into the Wild Thing pack!

Thanks for all the comments. I really like the shorter and lighter Lightsout bow. Plus I just can not bring myself to spending an extra $300.00 to get the Truth II. I can get a complete Lightsout settup for less the cost of Truth II bow. Again thanks for all the help. See ya, Mike
