After this gun season i've finished my last Larry Dablemont book and was wondering what you all read in a deer stand. Thought about Ted's book "God, Guns, and Rock & Roll," but not sure. Any ideas?

Depends on what ya like to read. I've been reading my John Steinbeck collection while i've been in the stand. Or I've been reading as well Whitetail Strategies: A No-Nonsense Approach to Successful Deer Hunting by Peter Fiduccia. Just depends on what floats your boat.

the Bible... Steve Chapman books, like "A look at life from a deer stand"... I use to read Pat McManus books, but couldn't keep from laughing so hard that I made too much noise...
These days I am reading books for my college classes... boo

Where did she get the Outdoorsman Bible? That would make a great Christmas gift for my hubby.

Brunner's Textbook of Med-Surg Nursing, Davis' Drug Guide, Taber's Cyclopedic Medical Dictionary, and Fundamentals of Nursing....and they aren't as fun as they sound (lets you know how bad that is, because they sound terrible)
