Last year we kept seeing these doves that were quite a bit larger and lighter colored than normal doves. This year their every where here in Idaho and in the and my dad says the regs say there is no limit to them and you can shoot them all year round. Has any body else seen them this year and have you heard of their hunting regulations.. Thanks...

I know here in Bama they don't count on your morning Dove limt, and I don't think their is a limt on them here either.

I don't know if you can hunt them year around but they're all over here too. Problem is they don't leave town. If they're not in the regs they're not considered anything so ya I guess you can hunt them all year around. All the "EXPERTS" are saying they're going to become like pigeons....migrate all over and then never leave the cities and towns.

In South Carolina they don't count on your mourning dove limit either. Not sure as far as being able to hunt them all yeay long though.
