Go walk through every soupy mud puddle and every pile of deer scat you can find and go home and scrub and wash them down with some good scent killer soap. After than take 4 unscented garbage bags put the boots in one and put some pine branches, dirt, cedar branches and a bunch of nice green leaves in it. Tie the bag off and put it inside anothe rbag then another and another and let it sit for a few weeks or months. That will really cut the smell. It worked for me at least. I repeat this process every time I wear them

If they smell that bad then you should return them. It is most likely to late now. You can try a peroxide wash on the boots and let them sit in the sun. The sun has alot of power when it comes to getting rid of the rubber smell. If you smell it the deer will smell it. wink.gif

Spray them with a scent eliiminator and wear them around some, kicking around through brush and weeds. When you take them off, set them outside. Do this a few times and it should be gone. I weear the same kind of boots and after about one time they seem OK.

Spay them down with a scent elimination spray and if that doesnt help wash them with scent elimination body wash. That helped mine.
Big Buck Daddy
I noticed the same thing with my Rocky rubbers. I ended up spraying them with some scent elimination spary right away. That helped alittle but I could smell the rubber stentch! So I ended up spraying them with "dirt" cover-up spray and sealed them inside a plastic tote. It seemed to help! Now they smell like dirt when I put them on. I still spray them down good when I spray myself before I head out into the woods.
Drop-time
The key to all this spray advise is to let it dry and do it often. ill spray my boots down every so often even in the off-season. I do not spray any scent products and then walk in (like they do on huntin shows)
Been busted to many times by mature bucks doin that. I let the stuff dry every time.

Oen thing for sure I don't think that I would buy that brand again. But I do use rubber boots and I have had your problem with the boots stinking but they were leather work boots. I do know that a lot of shoes that are made China have had human urine in the tanning process with leather, and if your boot has leather this is more than likley whats going on, and there is nothing that can be done to get rid of the smell that I know of. Here in Alaska most folks use a all rubber boot called xtratuff great boot its the one I use for all my hunting, I do have $250.00 leather boots but I would rather use the rubber. moose horn
