these have actually been out a while, but they haven't caught on very well... a buddy of mine bought a few and we all played with them on our arrows... they do work as far as stabilizing your arrows, but here are a few reasons they haven't caught on...

they only work with a drop away rest and you have to have plenty of clearance between the riser shelf, rest, and FOB.... obviously they won't work with a whisker bisquit which is the most popular rest on the market, or a standard flipper style rest....

because the plastic is solid and hard and completely connected (unlike vanes which are all independent of one another and more flexible) any contact with a leaf, stick, etc will really mess up arrow flight, not good for hunting in the woods....

since the back "pops off" you can't shoot them through a window in a ground blind...

everytime you shoot an animal, the back is going to pop off, so you will have to find it, or be replacing your FOB and nock....

because the slide on the arrow, in order for them to square up the arrow has to be the right size / diameter... and all arrows are just a little different... they also tend to start sliding after a few shots

they are a good product if you are using the right equimpment and set up, but they aren't really that much better than vanes....

Pretty much covered it all. Except another thing is that with alot of peoples anchor points the fob will touch their face. It is kinda weird for some and caused me to change my anchor. They really werent worth all the hassle imo.

they work the same way vanes DRAG!

if the back of the arrow is going slower than the front it will fly true
