Here are the euro mounts I've done for my brother the last two seasons.

He got the wide 8 pointer in the middle this year and he got the other 8 point and the 9 point last season.

Thanks. The one in the middle has a 19 1/8" inside spread and he got it with his shotgun this year.

Thanks. I don't use any bleach, but I do use Volume 40 peroxide and magnesium carbonate mixed into a paste and brushed on the skull. I let it sit in the sunlight for about 48 hours and then wash it off and do it one more time and it's done.

Thank you also. See above for how I get them white. I am in the middle of putting together a little slideshow that shows a head I did from start to finish. From the point I get it with the hide still on, then the skinning process, then the meat and flesh removing process, simmering and scraping, then degreasing, then whitening. Whenever I get that done, I will post it on this site. Maybe that will help someone else when they try theirs.

I would definately try one yourself....the skinning and fleshing process takes the most of your time, but even that isn't terrible.
