I just bought a new rifle a Remington 223 SPS varmint due to my new interest in yote and prairie dog hunting, I hope I made a good choice the price was hard to walk away from. I was torn between a 223 and a 22-250 I have read good things on both in the end it came down to price of ammo. Any thoughts on what I puchased good or bad.

Looks not too bad. The caliber is a lil light for coyotes at any kind of distance over 150 yards, but it will certainly improve your ability to call wind shots on the prairie dogs.

Great gun and great caliber! As for posting pics, the admins don't allow it. You may only post links to your pics - in other words, use the HTML tags instead of the IMG tags.
