just wondering if anyones been in N wisc to chase grouse yet im leaving on the 4th well be hunting the clam lake cable area for 4 days #s are supposed to be at the peak of the cycyle my bro has talked to 1 guy who says theye evrywhere just wonderin if any else has had any luck gonna try to hook up on some crappies and walleys also ill let you know how it went when i get back

we got back sunday night from grouse hunting i ended up getting 7 our group ended up gettin 23 all together not bad for only hunting about 2 hrs in the morning every day we seen a ton but seein and gettin a shot are 2 different things it was way to hot to be doing all that hiking around in the brush we ended up gettin alot of crappies and a couple keeper walleyes to a great weekend all around

I leave on the 2nd to go up for a week. Should be a good time.
Its nice that they let the season go until the end of Jan. Im looking foward to Ice Fishing, Grouse hunting and the wedding Im goin up for!
