well after 4yrs of not doing it, this year i finally got my flintlock sighted in at 100yds shooting 100gr of Goex FFFG and T/C maxi ball 320gr conicals i had 2 bulls on 2 differant targets but i have a good 3" group. not bad with iron sights and mand they put some nasty holes in paper and through 2x4's

yeah i gotta wait till the 13th but it tended to shoot alot more accurate out of a clean bore then a slightly fouled bore

Just a word to the wise, the TC maxi's used to be very hard (no expansion) most switched to the great plains or buffalo bullet.
