I was wondering if the Real Tree bow hanger is worth getting. I know its a great hanger but not really sure if I will use the other prongs for hanging anything else on it. I have the Primos Bowhunters Vest and will keep most of my things in there. So do you guys recommend getting it anyways or because I'm forgetting something I need to have hanging by my side. Or should I just buy a single prong to just hang my bow on. What do you folks think?

I found that the hooks are almost too small to do any good. I prefer the gorilla bow holder. It's smaller and only about $7.

I like the gorilla bow holder. I have used both holders and the gorilla one is a better price. I saw it at wallyworld for a reasonable price too. The hooks on the realtree arm are too small. It makes it hard to remove the stuff hanging from it. I usually put all my calls in my pockets.

i use the hook in one stand and it works good enough for me. I just put my calls on other hooks. On my other stand i use the ez hanger and it works the same i just put my calls on the little hooks underneath. They work the same in my opinion, if you want a cheaper model just get the original ez-hanger.

i have had one for years and would feel lost without it. the cheap hooks you can get at a hardware store will work but they won't start into the tree as easily. i hang my bow, a small pair of binoculars, and my rancho safari pack/quiver from mine. the quiver and the binos go on the small hooks and the bow goes on the end hook. all of those items easily weigh twenty pounds and the ez hanger holds them all. i haven't tried the gorilla one. i bought an ez hanger about 5 years ago and i'm still using it today. no matter which one you get, the gorilla, the reatree version, or the primos version, it is a terrific item.

I use the cheap and tiny Ameristep gun and bow hooks. When I hunt in portable hang on stands, I screw it on to a nearby branch in front of me so its within easy reach. They are real handy and are only $2 each. I also have a Gorilla bow holder for when I'm hunting straight trees with no branches in my climber, it folds out and extends so my bow is hanging right in front of me instead of behind me.

I've gotta old Realtree EZ-Hanger I've had for years and years...I still use it to this day..I also got the Gorilla arm hanger, honestly I like the EZ better than the Gorilla version just because it doesnt hinge as easily as the Gorilla does, tends to stay put better with a bow out on the end.
Guess I need to pick up the PRIMOS version sometime and try it out.

I hang everything on my hangers...I use a short and long one each time I hunt...Use one for my bow, one for my pack and other gadgets...I put the bow one very high so I can grab it quickly...as for the gadgets, usually off the side of where I think deer aren't going to be coming but I can get to easily...I love them! Great for hanging guns up too
