Had my brother get me a set of climbing sticks while in Indy. Got them out of the box and one of the sticks was missing the stap. E-mailed customer service , the next day they called me and told me one was in the mail. Got it Thursday. Excellant Customer service, Excellant product! Just thought I would share.

I like knowing there are still companies out there that care about their customers.

Yeah, this isn't the first time I have heard how the customer service goes out of the way to meet expectations. Buddy of mine said the same thing. Heck, thats just one of the reason should buy their products, the other being that their products are very very good!
