are you having problems with the individual pins or the gang adjustment? I had a real deal and now a hogg-it hunter and they are so nice to adjust.
For the gang adjust just loosen the allen bolt then turn the knob. The individual pins micro adjust is a little different but works awesome.
There are two allen screws for each pin that are used for adjusting. if you want to bring the pin up then loosen the top allen screw and tighten the bottum allen screw, vice versa if you want to lower the pin. Good luck

Jim Bob said it exactly. You'll get used to adjusting it and it will become second nature. That is an awesome sight you bought and tough as nails too. Good luck this season!

The best advice I can give you is make very small turns on the individual pin screws. Just loosining one and tightening the other can make large movements. Just mess with it for a bit and you will get the hang of it.
BTW, you bought the best sight on the market!!!!!!
