Anybody have any experience, good or bad, on the bad boy buggies?
I have been thinking about getting one.

I have not used one, but they look awesome! If you have the money I would get one.

I would have to try one out before I bought one. I'm still pretty skeptical about the electric motor. How much power will it have going through a lot of mud back in the woods. Just buy a golf cart and paint it camo. Interested to see how tough they actually are.

I too am very skeptical...but they are endorsed by big time names...the electric motors also scare me, but I'm guessing they are worth it...just hard to imagine paying 10k for a camo golf cart...I too would buy one if I had the money...but 10k can be spent a whole lot of other ways!

I know some folks who have them, FANTASTIC........
They run all day on charges, and electric motors have instant torque and power versus gasoline.
They have had absolutely NO problems with anything since they bought them, they will go anywhere a gasoline unit will in mud, and they are QUIET!
Wish I could afford one!

they ride about as good as a pulpwood truck! really! they are not a smooth ride at all, bu they are stout and very dependable...we have one at our lease in Illinois and this past season we had me (220#) my dad (270#) and my deer (255#) and were goin up very steep hills and it wasnt bogging down at all...if you can get past the ride. They dont do good in gumbo mud or sand (drains the battery)

The Bad Boy Buggies are AWESOME! They are quiet and powerful. When I first rode in one it really surprised me. Like many other hunters, I just wish I could afford one!

they are very quiet! we brought ours down from IL for turkey season and it was awesome. (We can't really use it in the MS delta because the gumbo mud drains the battery, so we usually keep it in Illinois and stick to the 500cc+ 4x4 ATVs with lifts, and Mud Lites in the gumbo, but it you are not going to be in really bad, sticky mud they are good...they will GO through mud but if where you hunt is like where I hunt (constant mud from the camp to the stand) they are not practical, but for hitting a mud hole here and there they are worth it!

I thought they would only go about 30 or so miles on a single charge, how long would it take to charge the battery back up. I'm sure these mountains would make one work for it , don't want to carry that generator around with me.
