My wife went and got her a PSE Rogue. She loves it. I shot a 70 LB version of it and that is a sweet shooting bow, for the price I almost bought me one too. Look at the Bowtech line too, the Fred Bear line has some nice shooting bows as well. Best thing is just go and shoot until you find one that is comfortable to you. We can go on and on about all the different bows and you'll hear from everyone of how this bow is and that bow is, but no one can tell you any better than your self on how a bow is. just keep in mind, a $200 bow will shoot like a $200 bow.

good luck!

Go to your shop and shoot as many bows as you can. Buy what feels good to you and dont buy based on looks and price. Best of luck on your search. Some good bows to look without going broke are the Diamonds bows, the new Fred Bears and the PSE bows. There are several others but this should get you started. Let us know how it went.

I agree with Brenner, shoot as many as possible. But the mathews are GREAT shooting bows.

Like they said buy what fits you, I have always shot Hoyt, but the other day I found a PSE Nova, and I like it as well as my Hoyt bows.

Try out a hoyt Rintec when you go out test shooting, I bought one for my wife last year & it's a fast lightweight bow with a fairly decent brace height which makes it forgiving to shoot. Not terribly expensive around $ 450.00 loaded & ready to shoot.

good luck! biggrin.gif

Like these guys are saying, the best thing to do is to go to your local bow shop and just shoot the bows and see which one fits you best.

Ma'am let me tell you, these guys know what they are talking about so just go to your local bow shop and shoot em. That's what I did and I came up with the Fred Bear Instinct.

I got my wife a Browning Micro adrenaline and she loves it. You can find them in a complete kit form for about $250.

Don't count out Parker. The new Hornet is very very nice. Hope I can get my first bow killed turkey this year with it.
