Has anyone tried the Rage Broadheads. And if so what do you think about them.

seen the damage first hand as the result of a buddy using the 3 blade...one word...WOW! go to www.thewildoutdoors.com and click on forum....a bunch of talk on there about them...2 blades vs. the 3 blades...I've heard a lot of good talk about them and I"m switching from Montecs to the 2 blades...hard to beat a 2 in. hole!

I've heard rage broadheads are good, but you should try a Wac'em fixed blade, they fly like field points.

I tried out the three blade last year and they wouldnt shoot the same as my target tips. They shot high and to the right about 5-6 inches from my target tips. Ive heard good things about the two blades. Im thinking about trying them out for next year.

That seems really odd if your shooting the same weight field tips as hunting heads, a buddy of mine shoots the rage three blade, flies the same as his target tips, you may have a tuning problem as to why yours shoot so differently.

Sorry 'bout that for some reason it posted twice.

I shot three deer with the Rage 3 blade this year. All three deer were dead within 40 yards and I had an unbelievable blood trail starting a few feet from where the deer were standing when hit (didn't need it!). Complete pass through on all three deer including one 4.5 year old buck.

In my opinion they are an awesome head.

This is gonna be my first year bowhunting and I think the rage's are what I'm gonna go with. They just look too sweet.

picked up a 3 pack the other day and the practice tip flies just like my field tips and montecs did...so far...I'm impressed...let one fly at 20 yards just for fun on the block and it hit perfect and entry exit was great...I'm set on these for 07-08...can't wait till Oct. 1, 2007
