Hey guys, I'm not new to this site but I'm kinda new to predator hunting. This year while bowhunting I saw a nice red fox on a couple of occasions. I'd like to try and get this guy for a full body mount. The farm I hunt on is mostly feilds with a deep ravine on 3 sides of it. Where do you think I should set up to try and get this guy? Also I have a Savage model 200 in 22-250. Is this too much gun? Like I said, I would like to get a full body mount so I don't want and large holes. I also have a 22 mag. that I'm very accurate with. Is this sufficaint firepower to take him down?
I have a couple of rabbit distress calls I've been told will work good, what time of day would be the best to try calling him in? Both times I saw him this year was just before dark. Thanks for any info.
