Glad to see i know most of ya!
Gettin ready to head out huntin for some squirrels here in about a half hour... Season just started today! Hopefully i can contribute to the team effort alot.

Hopefully next time i post on here i will have our team some points...

How about team beatin' around the bush? Just a thought. It has been raining non stop around here. We are getting the remanants of the hurricane and the weather pretty much looks crappy for the rest of the week. I will post a pic when I connect on one.

Well If We Do go with that name... I made a sig for it...

sprry i havent checked in lately! i been on my antelope hunt this weekend. just got back, didnt get one yet. and i stress yet! i passed on 2 small bucks yesterday and today. shot a bunch of ground squirrels but didnt take any pics. i'll go shoot some more and get some pics. it totally slipped my mind! but you can count on me to do some damage! and i like team beatin around the bush! :wink:

I am gonna start huntin em hard here in another 2 weeks... Then i should be able to get us some points...

Probably be using the .22 or the 20 Gauge... May break out the 12 Gauge though...

Until most of all the leaves are off the trees i know i will be using shotgun... after that i'll be usin the 22

Well im back... Origanally i heard one barking from the house so i walked to it... Saw it... It saw me and imediatly jumped down acting like it wasnt there... Just layed on the branch... I was gonna take the shot... But there is a house about 100 yards through the woods... So i didnt... Ill get him another day with the .22.

I went to another spot where they usually hang out about mid day... I set up and sat there.. I had 1 barking about 140 yards back in the woods away from me... Then ground squirrels were coming in... So i sat there and watched them until two of them came in front of me... I shot and killed the one.

I dont know if they count ground squirrels or not but i am going to enter it and see... If they dont ill atleast share the pic with yall...I hope they do... Its a type of squirrel so i wouldnt see why not... But if they dont no biggy...

Ill post it here and in the entry section when i get it on the computer...

Shot it with the Rem 870 20 Gauge LW Magnum at 10 yards...

There are a bunch of them in that area... I had atleast 10 of them runing around me... I would pull up on one and then another one would run by. Then i would pull up on another one and then it would run behind a bush... This one and another one were sitting next to a big oak...
