I loved mine until the limb cracked  :? It was a nice bow it looked good and felt awsome.I had the victory what model are you going to buy?

PSE,

I'm not sure, actually. The guy who wants to sell it isn't very knowledgable about bowhunting and couldn't remember. He did say it has a rubber grip, which narrows it down to a few different models. I guess he bought it from a guy who was hurting for $$ and discovered he couldn't pull it back with his bad shoulder. He's giving it to me tonight so I can look it over, shoot it, and decide whether or not it's something I want. He's looking to get $225 for it (which means $200 in my mind), which would be a heck of a deal if the bow is in good shape and is ready to shoot. I'll know a whole lot more tonight after I get a chance to play around with the bow a little. Thanks for the feedback!

I have a Victory, all was great until I also cracked a limb.I had alot of drama with Bass Pro trying to get it fixed, and ended up taking it to a pro shop, and had it fixed in 2 days. It's ready to go now,I would double check the limbs to make sure they weren't cracked.I still like the bow, however I am going to buy a Fred Bear Code ASAP. laugh.gif

Randolph you have to pay to have it fixed?

We sell Bowtech, Diamond, Martin and Hoyt in the shop here, all are good bows, It's impossible for a company to make a crappy bow nowdays and stay in business...too much competition, It's all about what fits you the best.

My wife's boss purchased a diamond from Gander last elk season and used it only a few times...he kept the bow in the house and as far as he can remember never left it in the car or truck to get hot...well he took it out last week to shoot it and the limbs were cracked on the top and bottom...I know he took it back but I haven't heard what they've done...I do know he contacted Diamond archery and they just told him to take it back to Gander Mountain and they will fix it...

One thing I will say I like about them is they are a well built bow. They are just as good as the real bowtechs. You dont see many cheap bows with a stabilizer bushing I mean look pse just did that last year fred bear hasnt yet. They make a good bow I just dont like the limb problem I had and a shop was going to charge me over 100 bucks to fix it.

I can't understand that...I have also heard of the bowtechs also having the same problems but it could be just a local thing...
NY Bowhunter22
Oh they have limb problems and thats all there is too it. I am saying other than that they are just as good as the higher end model bowtechs. Same good string, same dipping just different pattern, bushing for stabilizer. The victory and liberty have pivoting limb pockets. Draw stop on the limb and so on. Their only fault is the limbs and not every one has problems there. Mine wasnt a full blow crack but a splinter on the edge. Believe me I loved that bow the grip was awsome as well. It had a wall on it that was as hard as any other bow I have shot. You could shoot backtension with 80%let off with no problems.

well i shoot the Tribute.and i have had no problems.and also it has a lifetime warranty that covers everything but the string.and havent heard the limb problem before.but i dont have any complaints about it.
NY Bowhunter22
Yeah the tributes have been know to have good limbs for some reason.
