My season starts Aug. 26th (12 more days) started packing in the camp this weekend. It takes two weekends to get the camp set up. The weather has been great and it should be another great season.

Good luck all... first time on a team and I didn't know till now where too look and see what team I was on and all that. Well... My hunt isn't till the last week in Oct, but I can't hardly wait. Seeing other's pics of deer and elk that thsy shot already is driving me nuts! Anyways, my turn will come hopefully. Laterz!

It was a buck here is a picture of the deer that I think it was the antlers and the deer looked exactly like this deer man that makes me very mad every time I look at this picture!!!

Was it a clean miss? That is a nice buck. You never know you may come across him again, you never know what is going to happen in the rut. Those bucks get all wacky.

I must be blind, where are the pics of the deer that people are scoring on.

Well... here are a few pics! The deer were, like I said, 500 or 600yds. away and the pic kinda sucks but you can see him (he wasn't the BIG one) in it.

Been out twice so far, missed a doe with my bow monday evening, oh well, my trip to Wyoming is in about 18 days. Rifle season open there on Nov. 1 and I will be somewhere on a hillside looking for a good buck!!

Teammates: Unfortunately I have to give you the bad news that I got skunked this year. Here in Colorado, we had some crazy weather this archery season. I spent most of the season concentrating on elk, unfortunately the area I hunt elk does not contain many deer . I did pass on a few small bucks, but did not get a chance at anything good. I was within 20 yds of probably 15 different nice bulls, but they were either behind a tree or brush and I won't take a questionable shot. As far as the weather went, take a look at the pics below.

one of the reasons we didn't see a lot of deer may be because of this guy.




a hunter in the camp about 100 yds from ours shot this cat with his blackpowder at 14 yds. it was stalking him and he thought he had better shoot or be eaten. The Game & Fish were called and they came and took it away.

Once again I am sorry I wasn't able to help out the team. There's always next year.

Hey Guys

I'll get the Banner added soon... I promise. Haven't done a lot of hunting due to a death in the family and my job. I'm looking forward to being out in the woods. I'll be off 9 days straight in Nov. and then again Thanksgiving week. So I'll be away from my computer most of the time.

Hope to get a nice buck.

Not having to much luck with the buck, I am seeing deer but all the buck are small sixes or eights. Two weeks left in the archery season here in Pa. I have the last week off and plan on hunting everyday all day. How is everyone else doing.

Bucks are chasing does here in North Central NC. My Brother in law killed a great 10 pointer with another buck's rack broken off in it. It was stuck. I've been passing a few smaller bucks, but hope to catch a bigger one of the big boys cruising. I'll have 9 days starting this saturday to hunt

Thanks one shot, someone else's turn now. I think James Ard is going to post his 9-point he killed in Ohio soon, so in actuality we have 27 points!! A few more good deer and we're in business!!

I had a big buck at 55 yards last night, couldn't get him closer!!

OK oneshotblaster, I got my buck posted, I'm sure Wes or Randolph will get us some credit for the points soon, should be 13 for team 5, now we gotta get James out from behind that camera and get his posted. He killed a 9 point so his will be 14 points, we need a lot of help still!!
