218564 0 1116 hunter2121 0 0 67.162.149.157 1144606163 0 i am taking my dog to get trained, and my question is do you tip the trainer? Do you tip before or after you take them in? OF course after would be ideal, but before might ensure favoritism....maybe, since there will be 4 other dogs? How does this work? Any good questions to ask when I drop her off? 0 26627 Tipping the trainer ?? 1 0 0 0

I can see on the scales on the right side where it goes from single digit to double digits, and I can tell it's 20lb.
20lbs,9 beard,and 1/2 spurs give you a score of 48! 0 25958 0 0 0 0
218568 0 5221 Soonefan8149 1 1 129.15.122.80 1144608738 0 On saturday morning I was glassing a wheat field in central Oklahoma when i spotted a large Tom walking out in the open. I started yelping at him and he moved off to a hen that i couldnt see. Once he dissappeared two jakes ran around a small bend in the tree line directly at me and the rest is history. I got my first turkey!!! Sunday morning i called in a longbeard in the same field for a friend who missed it, i think he shot over him.

But thank all of you who gave me tips on how to hunt my property, there are about 6 toms roosting on it! I cant wait to get back out! sorry for such a long post 0 26628 Called in and killed my first ever turkey on Saturday 1 0 0 0

218570 0 1116 hunter2121 0 0 67.162.149.157 1144609348 0 my brother, shooter and I went out yesterday and got in on them right away. We had them gobbling all morning, but couldn't get them to commit. Then in the evening we called in a nice tom, but it came in behind us, oked around, couldn't see anything and left. So we get up to talk about it and all three of us standing in the open, and in comes a flock of 14 turkeys. 7 of which were jakes. We stood still and all of them walked by! Who ever doesn't believe in predator camo can take a lesson from this. It was sweet! So we were going to roost them but they just kept walking,a nd walking and we ended losing them.
It was a great day, even with out a harvest. Pretty sweet! I am going to go try again on Wednesday. Are you headed back down to where you were last year? 0 26613 0 0 0 0
218571 0 3187 Randolph Cox 1 1 66.20.137.106 1144609552 0 Hey ya'll.I've got good news and bad news.I called up a bunch of hens and jakes for Hammer thursday, and we were going to let them all go by in hopes a big tom was behind them, but we never could see one behind them.We were in a burn,so we could see pretty far..anyways 2 of the last Jakes started putting, and I told him if he wanted a bird he'd better take it now,and I told him to shoot the biggest one.He decided he wanted one(5th bird ever),and got him.He had a 5 beard, probably weighed 14lbs,and nubs for spurs. We had been having alot of action,so we just cleaned the bird in the field, and kept hunting. The bad news is I didn't have my camera, tape measurer or scales,so hopefully he can get a bigger one later.I have all my picture taking, and measuring equipment in my truck now.
