My brits name is Ali and just recently turned 2 years old. She has really become a solid bird hunter despite her tender age and my lack of training her enough. We went out yesterday for chukar and she pointed me two coveys from which I got my limit of 5 birds. She then found all of the downed birds for me. The second covey was especially great because I had walked past them from above and she went back around the mountain to point them. Her beeper collar was beeping in point mode but often does at the end of the day when she is moving slower on the rocky hillsides. I called to her several times to get her to come but she wouldn't. I went back around to find her on point in a rocky gully. She held that point for about 5-7 minutes before I made my way back. Once I moved in about 30-40 birds went up in all directions. It was so cool.

Here's a couple of shots of my two boys, Cody (blue collar) and Rio (Red collar). They are black lab/Rhodesian ridgeback crosses. Cody is a retrieving machine and has never given up on a downed bird. And Rio works the field. Both have great drive and are an awesome pair in the field. Sorry I don't have any photos from the field, my wife and I had a baby girl (our first kid) this year and that took priority over hunting. But come September the Sage-hens are in trouble.

Here are my dogs. 2 GSPs. The first 2 are of Mollie, she is 4 years old and a great pheasant dog. She is due to have a litter August 4th. The third is of Blade, my solid black male pup, 7 weeks old, along with a couple of other pups playing with my hair and attacking my nose.
