I got my first pheasant, a rooster, with a big tail feather, and my dad got a rooster, with almsot no tail feather. Got him on gun club. The one my dad got, I hit first, then we went to get him, and he was in a thicket, and started running, my dad got him. The one I got, I was unloading near the truck, and just happend to look up, and there was a nice rooster. So, I run the action, and shoot him. Nice bird. And great day hunting.
