I like to cut the breast meat into strips and brown it and then mix it in with some wild rice. MMMMMMMMM GGOOOOOOOOODDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!
A variation of others....
...brown the pheasant, cubed or strips.
Add cream of mushroom or chicken, water chestnuts, wild rice, seasonings, and bake in a casserole.
