Why yes they do it is called a RipCord. I have one on my bow. You can cock the rest up so that it holds your arrow while stalking or just sitting in your stand. As you draw your bow it releases the arm so it can fall away.

I agree 100% with the Trophy Taker. My buddies have the Ripcords, they wish everyday they shoot with me that they would have gotten the TT rest. They are simple, smooth, and extremely durable.

I'll recommend the QAD ultrrest. Absolutely nothing wrong with this rest.
