I use to actually own a photography business and did wildlife work a lot. If you don't mind spending the money go to http://www.bhphotovideo.com and look at the bogens. I would recomend the trecker series, they are olive drab in color and everything on them is subdues so they blend in to the envirinment quite well, as far as heads go, Bogen makes all kinds in several price ranges. They would definately have something you would like. The downside to get a Bogen setup, you will usually fork out two bills just to get started. Other good brands would be Gitzo, and some of the Slik. Oh, and the Bogen's are really named Manfrotto, Bogen is the importer/ distributor of them.
