He's not a jerk at all. Maybe it's just me? It takes a lot for me to ask someone for something. I've never asked anyone to hunt on their land. In Colorado we have a huge amount of public land and don't really need to ask anyone.

Ya, your lucky, all that public land does make it nice, we sure don't have that back east.

Well there's a huge tornado forming and it's all over the news. It's forming 15 minutes south of here. Thinking about taking a lil drive to see it. I'd like to take some pics of the storm chasing vehicles. Does rental insurance typically cover hail damage or a tow from OZ?

Big tornado hit just south of us. 30 people hospitalized & 5 people dead so far. They're still looking for more. We were planning on spending the day in that town. God help those families who lost loved ones.

Today was fun! Went to a livestock auction this morning. It got real exciting when my wife's stepdad started bidding on cattle. He bought quite a few. We had to go back with two trucks and a couple trailers. I jumped straight into the truck with the bigger trailer. I pulled the mama cows back to the ranch and he pulled the calves. He made a big purchase considering how green the pastures are this year. They gay all the green grass they need and more. I don't know, but I am super impressed with the whole cattle business. I wish my family had left me something like that. We'll probably go for two bulls in Texas tomorrow. I could honestly say I'd love to do this for a living.

Vance is all good! I'm headed out there tomorrow night, where are you Unit? I'll probably be close, I'm chasing turkeys on Thurs and Fri. Send me a PM, maybe we could eat some lunch one of those days.

Glad to hear you are having a good time.
I don't think i would want to be a rancher or farmer, it is a 7 day a week job.
with there busiest time being spring and fall.
