I know we have some really smart people on here, so i have a question for you to think about and answer if you can.
I think i have it figured out , but i am not sure. I have a shower set up for my hunting camp, but i have to heat the water for it, some times i get it a little on the hot or cool side, so i bought a thermometer so i can get it 110 degrees. if i start with a 6 gallon jug of water that is say 50 degrees, and i only heat 3 gallons of it, how hot do i have to heat the 3 gal so that when i pour the 3 gal of 50 degree water back in it, it will be 6 gal on 110 degree water ?. Kevin,
Sorry but I am not the smart guy with a math answer, but why fool around with heating water. I use with great success the zodi instant hot water shower. Just add the pump to a five gallon bucket full of water, turn it on full blast and have a real hot shower. That's how I do it in my shower tent. Believe me its so much better than heating water then adding it to cold water and hoping its hot enough. -------------------- Good huntin

I would say 170 degrees That would be my guess also. Using equal parts of water and mixing the two. 3 gallons at 170 + 3 gallons at 50 = 220 divided by 2 = 110. JB -------------------- |

Sounds like you got a real good answer to your question, I would have never got it myself hahaha. Anyway, Yes I should not be heading for this years training and will not miss a third opener in a row, thank goodness! I am hoping to be able to stop by and spend a few hours with ya this year if all goes well. -------------------- Good huntin

Depends on yer altitude plus yer latitude times the distance you are from the equator divided by the current Tempture of the water before you heat it plus the outside tempture where you plan to do this remarkable feat at , wait ya got to have the proper GPS cordinates to reproduce it correctly each time, are ya with me? ok then...fones ringin, gotta go....
