did you shoot them with the muzzle loader?? Yes i did, my muzzle-loader is the only gun that i have used for deer in the last 10 years or so. where i live in Southern MI, we can't use a Rifle, it is either Shot gun or muzzle-loader. and my Omega is good out to at-least 300 yards, where a shot gun is 150 yards Max. I have owned my CVA Kodiak for about 7 years and love it. But like they said, Break-action is what you would want. As long as you take care of them, they will last a long time and shoot many deer.
