No, your eyes do not deceive you. Those are hot dogs wrapped in bacon. Sautéed onions, diced tomatoes topped with mayonnaise. Sonora dogs! Great lunch today. Probably gone grill up some thick bone in rib eye steaks for dinner.

Yeah, I think it's the weather. A couple nights ago I was up until early morning looking up new recipes for my smoker. Gonna do a couple pork shoulders for my soon to be 10 year olds b-day party. can't wait to good brisket in that smoker too.

Temp yesterday was a perfect 68 degrees with a cool, constant little breeze flowing through the valley. Absolutely perfect.

I use my grill rear around, but when it is warm i even use it more, i will be cooking on it a couple of times this week.
