A doe is probably the best that i will do we have until Jan.1 but i do not know how much more i will go. Work is slowing down and money will be tight. I will still try. The rut is probably over for us. I see 17 does yesturday. got one and could not find the other one i shot. hope everyone had a great thanksgiving. Hope those who has not killed one yet get one.

Shot at a doe Friday morn. Clipped a limb and grazed her leg. She will easily recover.
Passed on three different spikes. Acorns are so heavy deer are not moving. Get up and fill up n a 40 yard area. Be after them this weekend again. Gonna hunt my climber as my leg is healing up better now. Will be off from Dec 16th to Jan 5th. Hunting hard every day. Will hit my buddies private property in Mississippi for the first 4 days, then I will get on a buck at my place and hunt him till he dies. -------------------- No plants, trees, or animals were harmed in the transmission of this electronic file. Will be in Mississippi from around the 19th to the end of the month and will be hunting horns only this time..hopefully the weather will be alot cooler and more consistent...seems like towards the end of November it would be cold one day, tornadoes the next....

Killed a button buck yesturday. doubt if i go again. our season is over the 1 st. of janurary. If i can afford to go again may find the time to go.

Hey guys, sorry I havent checked in much, ive been busy with school, work, and hunting. Its been a rough season for me as far as deer go. I managed to bag my first deer of the year today and its an 8 point so itll help a little. I normally have 6 or 7 by now. Been a rough one, but im glad I could finally help out a little. Dont mind the weird face I have in the picture either, my dad told me to fold my body as much as possible so it would all fit in the picture and it was awkward haha.

What days my wife and son haven't been going with me I've been bow hunting so it's been kinda rough. Been seeing deer but none I want to shoot. The small bucks are chasing but no big ones...plus with folks running dogs around us doesn't help any
