I shoot the original Easton Axis. I love them. They shoot well and are super durable.
I think it would be hard to find a really bad (brand name) graphite arrow shaft, unless you go for the ultra cheap. If you are an average to good shot you should be fine as long as your shafts are weight sorted. As for straightness...I don't feel that is much of a factor these days.
