9 yrs old and still 27 wide is pretty good. Not sure this guy was any wider but I could see his forks being bigger earlier in life.

Nice buck. What a wierd general season with all the snow to begin with and now you can get back up to the high country. That buck looks bigger than most of the deer I seen opening weekend coming through a check station.
