does anyone know when dove season starts in california? my computer wont let me bring up the webpage that tells me so if anyone knows or can find it fo me that would be geat. thanks.

If the website is right, It's September 1st- September 15th. And the First Saturday in November, extending for 45 days. According to this source.

that is correct it is always the first Saturday in Septemeber if Septemeber 1st is on sunday then it starts August 31. What part of California are you going to hunt in. I lived there for 22 years and hunted the whole state I might be able to give you some great locations. I am here in Arizona now and this year is going to be out of this world for dove. We have the Euraisian, White wing, and the morning dove and there are thousands of them

i live in the antelope valley and i usually hunt them by littlerock dam and around that area and sometimes i go out to rosamond but thats about it but if you have locations that are semi close that would be great.
